Engineering Design & Product Development

Engineering bureau: custom product design, reverse engineering, CNC/3D printing prep, structural validation, and ISO documentation.

Capabilities and Competencies

We specialize in product design, tooling design, and reverse engineering with a complete set of drawings.

01

Product Design & Engineering

Complete design project management from initial requirements to drawings. Development of enclosures, frames, and custom mechanisms.

02

Reverse Engineering & 3D Scanning

Reverse engineering of worn or custom components based on precision 3D scans. Building exact parametric solid CAD models.

03

Tooling & Mold Design

Designing molds for injection molding, dies for sheet metal stamping, and custom assembly fixtures or welding jigs.

04

Manufacturing Prep & CNC Programming

Adapting 3D models for additive metal/polymer printing and programming CNC G-code toolpaths for multi-axis machining.

05

FEA Structural Load Analysis

Virtual structural testing of assemblies, calculating static and dynamic stresses, safety factors, and component fatigue limits.

06

Fluid Dynamics & Thermal Simulation

Modeling fluid flows to evaluate ventilation, and calculating thermal gradients of circuit boards, heat sinks and heat exchangers.

Engineering FAQ

Answers to key regulatory questions regarding collaboration, design acceptance, and product development workflows.

01

Do you design products and mechanisms from scratch?

+

Yes, we handle the entire engineering design cycle. Our bureau designs new parts, enclosures, frames, and mechanical assemblies from your specifications, sketches, or descriptions. You receive a production-ready 3D model and drawings.

02

How accurate are the computer simulation (FEA/CFD) results?

+

The margin of error for our finite element analysis (FEA) models is within 2% compared to physical testing. This allows validating and proving structural strength before building a physical prototype.

03

What if we don't have a 3D model, but only paper blueprints or a physical part?

+

We perform the full reverse engineering cycle. We will digitize paper drawings or perform 3D scanning of a physical sample, reconstruct its geometry, and deliver a precise parametric CAD model for manufacturing or simulation.

04

Do you prepare models for physical production (CNC, printing, molding)?

+

Yes. We adapt product geometry for specific technologies: design injection molds, program multi-axis CNC machining layouts, or split complex miniatures into pieces for high-resolution resin 3D printing.
