FAQ

Information about turnaround times, high-resolution resins, paint endurance, and pre-built kit paint commissions.

01

What are the photo requirements for creating a custom portrait figurine?

+

Ideally, provide several clear, well-lit photos from different angles: front view, profile, and a three-quarter view. Higher image resolution helps our 3D sculptor capture fine facial expressions, features, and hair details accurately.

02

Will the face model be approved during the process?

+

Yes, absolutely. First, the sculptor creates a digital 3D model (face render). We send it to you for approval. At this stage, you can request adjustments to the nose shape, eyes, or hairstyle for free. The model goes to print only after your confirmation.

03

What portrait styles are available?

+

We work in three main styles: portrait realism (maximum anatomical resemblance), Bobblehead (figures with an enlarged bobble head), and stylized (Chibi, anime, game characters). You can select the style when submitting your inquiry.

04

Can I order a custom character figurine based on a sketch or concept art?

+

Yes, we develop character figurines from any 2D concepts, drawings, in-game screenshots, or text descriptions. We first create a digital 3D sculpt for your approval, and proceed with 3D printing and painting only after you confirm the geometry.

05

What if I have a ready 3D model (e.g., from a game or STL file) but it needs modifications?

+

Yes, we accept ready files (STL, OBJ, FBX) and game rips. Our modelers can change the character's pose, add armor/weapon details, prepare bases, and split the model into parts for clean, seamless printing.

06

What material is used for the figurines and how durable are they?

+

We use high-quality plastic. It does not deform or turn yellow over time. The finished product is coated with a premium UV-resistant varnish that protects the acrylic paint layer from fading, dust, and moisture.

07

What paints are used for hand-painting?

+

The painting is done manually by our studio artists using professional model acrylics (Vallejo, Citadel, Tamiya) with airbrush and fine brushes. The paints are completely safe and odorless after drying.
